What you’ll do

On‑camera hosting

• Present solo segments (news, previews, analysis, explainers).
• Host guest interviews (athletes, analysts, journalists); lead the conversation, keep time, and ensure clear takeaways.
• Run live shows (pre‑/post‑match, Q&A), moderate chat, and manage basic live production.

Content & editorial

• Plan a weekly video slate (e.g., 3–5 short/medium videos + 1 interview or live).
• Research, script, and fact‑check topics (form, injuries, odds context—no promises of returns).
• Turn each video into a post on sazeni-online.cz (embedded video, summary text, links, tags).

YouTube channel management

• Own YouTube SEO (titles, descriptions, tags, chapters), thumbnails, end screens, and playlists.
• Publish Community posts, polls, and clips/Shorts to grow reach.
• Track analytics (impressions, CTR, retention, watch time, subscribers) and iterate.

Production & delivery

• Record and light clean studio/desk setups; capture quality audio (lavalier/shotgun).
• Edit in Premiere/DaVinci; export, upload, and schedule.
• For remote guests, use OBS/StreamYard/Zoom; check tech, frame, and sound before going live.

Website integration

• Embed each video on sazeni-online.cz with a concise article (headline, perex, key points, internal links).
• Add source links and responsible betting notices; collaborate with SEO on interlinking.

Compliance

• Content is 18+, informational; always show responsible betting message.
• Follow YouTube Community Guidelines and local advertising rules; label #ad/#sponsored when applicable.

Requirements

• Comfortable on camera: clear diction in Czech, credible presence, strong interviewing skills.
• Demonstrable sports knowledge (football/hockey/tennis; NBA/MMA a plus) and editorial judgment.
• Solid writing skills in Czech (scripts, headlines, site copy).
• Hands‑on with OBS/StreamYard, YouTube Studio, and a non‑linear editor (Premiere or DaVinci).
• Basic video kit operation (camera or modern phone, lights, lav mic) and remote‑guest workflows.
• Reliable, organized, able to hit deadlines and react quickly to news.

Nice to have

• WordPress CMS basics; GA4/GSC familiarity.
• Thumbnail design (Canva/PS).
• Network of potential guests.

KPIs / success metrics

• Output & cadence: videos per week, % on‑time.
• YouTube performance: impressions CTR, average view duration, 30s retention, total watch time, subscriber growth.
• Site impact: sessions from YouTube, CTR from description cards to sazeni-online.cz, time on page.
• Live shows: concurrent viewers, chat quality (mod‑friendly, on‑topic).
• Editorial quality: accuracy, clarity, and updates when facts change.

• 2–3× Solo News/Preview (3–6 min)

Equipment (minimum viable)

• Camera (mirrorless/DSLR) or recent smartphone with tripod;
• Lavalier mic (wired or wireless) + basic audio interface or recorder;
• Two‑point LED lighting;
