💰 Pay:	$15–$30/hour (depending on skills and experience) or €/$ 1,500+ per project
🌍 Location:	Fully remote (hybrid or in-person possible if preferred)
📆 Engagement:	Contractor – full commitment during the project

Role Overview

We’re seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join us on a project basis. Your mission will be to design intuitive, engaging, and accessible interfaces that enhance user experience across our platforms. You’ll work closely with our team to translate ideas into functional and visually compelling solutions. This role is fully remote and open to international candidates.

The ideal candidate will have experience in creating mockups to present to teams, collecting feedback and creating a quality piece of work. This individual should be comfortable with building sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes to provide to project manners and inevitably execute based on outlined criteria. This candidate should have strong creative and design skills and be familiar with various design technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop design solutions for various platforms
Establish consistent brand and creative designs
Collect feedback from coworkers and adjust approach to cater to criteria
Build sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes to outline structure
Design user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Ensure the user interface aligns with best practices in usability and accessibility.
Collaborate with our team to refine concepts and implement feedback.
Bring a creative yet pragmatic approach to solving design challenges.

Requirements

Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio of relevant work.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and accessibility standards.
Strong command of English; Czech is not required.
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
